Considering a change...
The publisher is considering changing up the cover. What's your opinion?
Cannon Publishing contacted me to consider changing the cover to make it a little more “active”, rather than just a picture of the main character in a pilot seat. I will admit, the new option is a lot more “active” than before, and definitely implies a more thrilling feel, but I’m not sure how much this might increase visibility. I like establishing from the beginning that Red is not human, but that’s me the author, not me the guy hoping to make money.
What’s your guys thoughts?

I like the second one better, although it would be nice if there could be some indication that they're Terran but not human.
Personally, I like the original one better. He IS the central character, and there is really no 'shoot 'em up' battle resembling the new cover in the book, IMHO.
